Privacy policy

Scaled Creators is a done-for-you creator monetization and revenue-share service. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, our application form, pre-partnership communications, and related project work.

If you become a partner, a separate agreement, data processing addendum, platform setting, or third-party service term may provide additional privacy obligations. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that project.

Application information: name, email, social profiles, niche, audience size, revenue context, product ideas, goals, constraints, and other details submitted through our Fillout application or follow-up communications.

Creator and business information: brand assets, content, offer details, pricing, sales data, audience insights, customer support context, platform access details, and other materials needed to evaluate, build, or operate a monetization system.

Technical information: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar diagnostics from hosting, security, logs, and analytics tools if enabled.

Payment and platform information: when a project uses services such as Whop or a payment processor, those providers may process buyer accounts, payment details, checkout records, access logs, refunds, chargebacks, and tax information under their own policies.

We use information to review applications, determine fit, communicate with creators, plan offers, build storefronts and product systems, support launches, calculate or verify revenue share, troubleshoot issues, protect the site, improve our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand which creator categories, offers, or site content perform best. We do not use private creator data to train public AI models unless separately agreed.

Some projects may involve audience analytics, member lists, buyer records, support requests, testimonials, community posts, or other information about a creator's customers or audience.

Creators are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, and platform permissions needed to share that information with us. We use it only for evaluation, build, operation, support, reporting, or improvement connected to the creator relationship unless a written agreement permits something else.

We share information with service providers that help us run the business, including application tools, hosting providers, analytics and logging tools, collaboration software, communication tools, payment and commerce platforms, automation tools, and professional advisors.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, to enforce agreements, during a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

Our application flow currently uses Fillout. Our creator systems may integrate with Whop for storefront, checkout, payment, access, and product delivery when that is the right stack. Hosting, security, and analytics providers may also process technical data.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent data practices, but we try to choose tools that fit the sensitivity of the work.

We keep information for as long as needed to evaluate applications, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal obligations, and improve operations. If an application is not a fit, we may still retain limited records so we understand prior conversations and avoid repeated intake.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, email, form, platform, or integration is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information unless we have agreed on a secure method.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, security, accounting, and operational limits. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can also choose not to submit an application or not to provide optional information. Some information may be necessary for us to evaluate fit or perform a project.

The site and application are intended for creators who can enter business relationships. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
